2. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance. Some experiences require a 72-hour booking cut-off, which is clearly indicated on each product page.

3. Can I book as a solo traveler?

Yes, solo travelers are welcome. Certain experiences may apply a private rate for single participants, which will be clearly displayed during booking.

4. Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

Most of our scheduled experiences operate with small groups (typically 1–12 participants). This ensures a personalized and high-quality experience.

5. Can I reschedule my booking?

Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and notice period. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your date.

6. How do I pay for my booking?

Payments are processed securely online via credit or debit card at the time of booking.

7. Is full payment required in advance?

Yes, full payment is required to confirm your booking for scheduled experiences.

8. What is your cancellation policy for tours?

We typically offer free cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours may not be refundable. Please check individual tour pages for specific details.

9. What happens if the tour is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances?

If weather or safety conditions require cancellation, we will offer either:

  • Rescheduling to another available date, or
  • A full refund for effected activity

10. What should I bring?

We recommend packing light but smart, especially for multi-day experiences such as our 5–7 day tours.

Special Remarks; 

  1. Dress Code for Religious Places: -
  • Cover your knees and shoulders when visiting religious places;
  • Female: Should wear long skirts, dresses or loose trousers and modest blouses 
  • Male: Should wear long trousers
  • Remove your shoes and hats when entering at all religious places.

It might be difficult to walk barefoot in some places of the temple and in some places, the garden is paved with stone slabs or sand and temperature can be really high during the day. Therefore, take a pair of socks all the time with you and wear it as you enter.

13. Where do the tours start and end?

Each tour page lists the meeting point clearly. Most experiences start and end at the same location. Optional hotel pickup may be available within designated areas.

Certain eco trails may include a time-limited swim in natural freshwater locations, subject to weather and safety conditions.

20. Visa & entry information

Most foreign nationals visiting Sri Lanka for tourism or business (up to 30 days) must obtain anElectronic Travel Authorization (ETA)online ateta.gov.lkbefore travel. The process involvesfilling out an application, paying a fee (except for specific exempt nationalities), and receiving approval via email.
